List 2 question that you now have after reading the article.
List 1 piece of information or tip connected to the article that could enhance your life or your peers lives or community.

Have students calculate their target heart. Write about what it is, when it used and why it’s important.

Components of Health-Related and Skill-Related Fitness make students make a mind map or chart that contains the following information:

  • What are the components of fitness? 
  • Identify if it is a skill-related or health-related component
  • Explain the FITT principle as it relates to each health-related fitness component
  • For every component, identify a specific sport skill that uses the component
  • For every component, identify a specific everyday life skill  that uses the component

Make a Personal Fitness S.M.A.R.T. Goal and a one month fitness plan to achieve the goal (or show progress)

Go to https://darebee.com/workouts.html  (no equipment needed) and complete ____ # different workouts. 
Make chart that lists the name of workout. Explain why you choose the workout. Identify exercises in the circuit and the muscle(s) used.
